This brand new Thai style beach house villa is made from the richest of dark teak woods and boasts large windows and French Doors to take the fullest advantage of the glorious setting.

All rooms are furnished and fitted to the highest of standards and levels of comfort as you would expect and the villa will accomodate up to eight guests.

All rooms have their own access onto the verandahs or terraces surrounding the house and both ceiling fans and air-conditioning are fitted throughout.

When combined with the in-house services you have the luxuries & facilities of a 5* hotel with the added benefits of personal freedom, space and privacy.

LIVING/DINING ROOM

The Living & Dining areas benefit from floor to ceiling windows on three sides for an open & comfortable ambience and the intergrated Bar area accents the luxury of the accomodation. French Doors open onto the wooden verandah, with wonderful views of the pool & ocean.dining2.jpgThe Dining table will seat 6-8 people and the Living Room comes equipped with Satellite T.V. DVD player and Stereo. A small library of DVDs, CDs, books and games is also provided.

 

 

VERANDAHS

There are verandahs on three sides of the Villa. These are furnished with sun loungers, easy chairs and a dining table seating 8 for alfresco dining with style.gfveranda.jpg There are views of the gardens with lush vegetation as well as the pool & the blue oceans beyond.

 

 

 

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer (including an ice maker) along with a hob, coffee maker and microwave/grill. Cutlery and crockery for up to eight people is also provided.

In addition there is a storeroom with iron, ironing board and safe and a utility room with sink and drying rails.

 

 

BEDROOM 1(Ground Floor)

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is a large room with floor to ceiling windows on two sides and French Doors leading out on to the verandah. The Queen-size bed is accompanied by fitted wardrobes and dressing table The room also benefits from en-suite shower & toilet facilites.

The Master Bedroom Suite is spendidly spacious with huge full width windows & French Doors offering dramatic views over the pool and ocean

The bed is King-sized and a satellite TV system is provided. There is a Dressing Room with fitted mirrored wardrobes and dressing table along with an en-suite shower room with double vanity basins and double shower.
