Paradise villa is maintained and managed on behalf of the owners by Coconut Land & House Company. Their offices are nearby and they provide a dedicated and extremely helpful team of staff who are on hand to look after your every want and need.
To start , the services commence with all bed linen, towels, beach towels etc, fully supplied. These are all changed and the house cleaned every third day to minimise any disruption to your stay although additional maid service can be easily arranged if desired.
If you really want to relax in paradise and don't want to lift a finger for yourself, everything from a personal cook to shopping or baby sitting services can be arranged.
There is a Spa and Health centre within walking distance but why not indulge yourself with your very own relaxing and luxurious Thai massage in the privacy of the villa?
These services, and more are available through Coconut Land & House for a very modest outlay usually in the region of £1.50 per hour.
Amongst the other services available are free use of a nearby, well equipped gym along with the option of arranging car or motorbike hire if you feel like stretching your horizons.
You can arrange, for a small charge, to be met at Koh Samui airport and driven to the villa but however you choose to arrive you will be welcomed by one of the Guest Relations Officers who will show you around villa.
By request in advance, the fridge can be stocked with any provisions you might wish but even if you do not take advantage of this service, a welcome pack of flowers, fruit and soft drinks will await you to refresh you after your journey.
Finally for peace of mind, a Security Officer is on site 24 hours a day so you can relax in safety.
